Our Refund Commitment
At BeeSmart Consulting, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our coaching and training programs. We stand behind the quality of our services.
Coaching Programs
Within 7 Days of Start: If you are not satisfied with your coaching program within the first 7 days, you may request a refund of the program fee (excluding deposit).
After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the program start date, as significant preparation and resources have been allocated to your success.
Training Sessions
Cancellation by Client:
- More than 14 days before session: Full refund (minus deposit)
- 7-14 days before session: 50% refund (minus deposit)
- Less than 7 days before session: No refund
Cancellation by BeeSmart Consulting: Full refund including deposit will be issued if we cancel your session.
Workshops & Events
- Cancellation 14+ days before event: Full refund
- Cancellation 7-13 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before event: No refund
- Tickets are transferable to another person
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our online courses and downloadable resources, refunds are not available once access has been granted. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at angela@beesmart.co.ke with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your full name, program/purchase details, and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Initial deposits (as specified in our Deposit Policy)
- Digital downloads and online courses (once accessed)
- One-time workshops or events (after cancellation deadline)
- Consultation fees (already rendered services)
